I have not tried Jenny Craig food. I am currently doing weight watchers and it is great, so far I am down 21 pounds.

The thing that I like about weight watchers is that you can eat what you want. You get to decide if you want to eat only whole foods , low carb/high protein, frozen meals only or any other way of eating. You just have to stay within your points range (ie: count your calories/portion control) and be sure to drink plenty of water, get calcium and eat 5 servings of fruits or vegetables a day.

i did jenny craig some time ago. the food was okay but nothing special. if i were to do something like that again, i would go with weight watchers though. j.c. takes the weight off fast but to fast. it's real easy to gain it back and then some. w.w. is a slower process but the weight tends to stay off better.

It has worked for people who need a support group, but I cannot justify the foods they are selling. My opinion is that its all junk food to say its o.k. to eat pizza and brownies.

If you just learn how to cook whole foods and allow junk food only ONCE a week and then stay away from white flower products, then you lose the weight.
