There's not much you can do until it fades in the second trimaster. Mine wasn't just in the morning either, it was all day long. The only thing that did help was one vitamin B6 in addition to my prenatals. Ask your doctor first, but that seems to calm down feelings of nausea for most women.
It's worth a try.
Good luck.

I found that lemonade helped mine. I don't know why, but it did! I have 3 children and only had morning sickness with my 2 girls, the first was really bad. Just do what you can to stay hydrated, I had to have an IV the first time around (not fun). Only other thing I can tell you is that it will pass, and once it does really enjoy being preggers! It's a wonderful time! Congrats and good luck!

Don't drink the night before!!!!!. Or if you have to drink take some B-12 complex before you drink and in the morning drink a Virgin Bloody-Mary and eat some protien, i.e eggs bacon. The best cure is this: 1- 16oz cup of milk, 1-Vicodin 1- Valium and finish up with a cup of regular strength coffee. WARNG: Do not mix these meds with Alcohol and *ask your doctor before you take these meds you may be alergic*, if you are seriously hung over do not take any medication. Go to the emergency room asap! This is only a suggestion serious drinkers need help not medication. ALWAYS CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE ANY MEDICATION USE, IT CAN BE DEADLY.

Depending on the person, one of the best remedies is to keep some crackers at your bedside and eat some before getting up. "Morning sickness" usually happens because your stomach is empty. Try having a late night snack before bed to see if that helps.
