I think if he fights Shane Mosley its a wrap. Mosley will destroy this guy. I even believe Antonio Margarito has a chance, or he could move up weight again and fight Jermaine Taylor who would kill him. Those are the three fights around his weight that i think he would lose.

I honestly do not believe he will lose to any of these guys everybody is talking about. I will wait and see how the Cotto/Judah fight goes. Judah seemed to have an answer for Mayweather but could not get it done. Mosely is fast, but not fast enough. Shane about 6 years ago would have a decent chance at this Floyd, however Shane 6 years ago massacres Floyd 6 years ago.

If anybody thinks for a minute Floyd is gonna move up in wieght class again... they are crazy 160lb class is full of people that if given the chance would rock Floyd. (Watch Edison Miranda on May 19th).

Well, if Mayweather is true to his word, then no one will get the chance to beat him first, since he claims he is done.

Now, lets say he decides to comeback, then it would depend on what Mayweather decides to do. If Mayweather decides to say at 154 or 147, then I don't really think anyone will beat him. Shane Mosley would probably have the best chance, but it's not a chance that I would rate as being a big one. Now, if Floyd was dumb enough to try his luck at 160, then there are several fighters who would be very dangerous to Mayweather. Winky Wright could come back down and be the one to beat him. If Jermain Taylor would quit acting like an amatuer at times and follow up on his game plan, then he would have a good chance.

Shane will definitely beat Mayweather. He is just as fast and more powerful. I doubt Mayweather will take the fight though. He'd rather walk around talking about how good he is while fighting in a diluted division. He won't fight any of the real fighters like Shane or Winky because he is not for sure he can beat them. Sure he beat De La Hoya who is a 34 year old part time fighter and while he should have been able to run away with it, it was still a close fight. Mayweather is just a loud mouth windbag who is afraid of the real fighters in boxing.

No one Pretty Boy will retire undefeated he is the best in the world at any weight class let just enjoy him while we have him . I for one like a domanit champion but I do like to see him tested like what De La Hoya did he gave the champion a test which he passed with flying colors. When you have a fighter like Pretty Boy you get a chance to see what a true champion should look like . Always in shape can box can slug defense movement speed ring generalship heart he makes a hard fight look easy De La Hoya is no chump and he could not hit Floyd. Long live the champion. Depending on who gets matched against him first, he could lose to Shane Mosley or Miguel Cotto. Don't look for him to stay at Jr. Mid. He went up to fight for the big bucks and to beat De La Hoya. I believe he tops out at welterweight.

The first person to beat Floyd, will be Floyd himself. Shane Mosely has the best chance, but by the time they fight (if they do), age will have become a factor and then we will all be saying this fight should have happened a couple of years ago.

You know I have no boxer in 154lbs unless a boxer can move up, but in the 147 lb division their is a lot of fighters who would give him some competition. Fighters like Mosley, Margarito, and Cotto. Unless he comes out of retirement these fights will be in our thoughts and will never come to reality.

At this stage of their careers, at 147, I believe Floyd beats Sugar Shane. 5 years ago, at Lightweight, I would pick Shane. Floyd is in his prime right now while Shane is somewhat past it. He still has a chance though, it would be a great fight.

At this point, from 154 under I don't think anyone beats him. If Winky can still make 154 he will beat Floyd no question, but other than that nobody I don't think.

you're maximum outstanding the De l. a. Hoya and Hatton already lost to Floyd...Floyd truly beat Oscar by a split determination, and Oscar ought to have received if he ought to have saved throwing his jab, or maybe with the actual shown truth that Floyd extremely ruled Hatton, it became nevertheless a wrestle. Now to Pacquiao...neither Oscar or Hatton stood a probability, Oscar were given immediately up ruled and positioned into retirement (TKO win %to Floyd's split determination), and that i assume you observed what occurred to Hatton (KO of the three hundred and sixty 5 days in the second one round to Floyd's 10th round TKO). regardless of Pacquiao's a lot more effective outstanding wins, i imagine it's going to be an outstanding matchup that Floyd should be well-known to win. i experience he might want to cope with Marquez extremely honestly in what is going to be a dull wrestle that he wins by UD. in my opinion there are 2 combatants that stand the superb probability to conquer Floyd, and they are Pacquiao and Shane Mosley. all of us understand Floyd received't wrestle Shane because he's a real welterweight and PBP has been gunning for the little adult males. so as that leaves %, who has the speed and pa to provide Floyd some issues. do not get me incorrect, Manny ought to have numerous issues to boot, yet he a minimum of has a good probability to win. I merely desire it takes position, boxing needs that wrestle.

De La Hoya, Mosley both can beat him I think the payday for a rematch with De La Hoya will be too tempting. If De La Hoya gives it another shot I think he may get him.
