The city or county courthouse where you live is where the Justice of the Peace is. You've probably heard of people getting married at "City Hall." That is the same thing as a city courthouse.

At the court house. Any judge can perform marriages. Also look in the yellow pages for chapels as some officiants will also perform the ceremony for you even if you dont use their facilities. Congrats.

usually a county court house, capital building,
just call your local city, town, or county clerk and tell that person what you need. they will point you in the right direction

GO to "Register of Deeds:, "Vital Records", or a Magistrate's office in your county. Ask there. (County Sheriff's office may also be able to direct you).
