have you ever waited for something that never came?

and a gut feeling telling you it will never come, but reason tells you it will come?

How did you cope with it when it really did not come?

Yes, I have.
I basically learned to accept that it was not going to come/happen.
And glad that I did. Nothing worse than waiting for things that will never happen.
Just move on. Distance yourself from the situation and get out there.
Good luck. :)

Yes. Waited for a job for which I was interviewed and had hope. Coped by always assuring myself that I was qualified for it and that sometime the Lord will make it possible.

I'm going through that right now in a sense. Ok this is going to sound horrible but I really liek this guy except he has a g/f. He kind of forgot to mention it to me when we first started talking and I ended up getting to no him and ended up likeing him so much that when he finally told me i didn't care.

He says he is going to break up with his g/f for me, I told him he shouldn't, but I no deep inside i want him to but his "girl" keeps crying out rape. personally i think if you get rapped 4 or 5 times in a row, no who did it, tell everyone but refuse to alert the authorities there is something really wierd with that situation

I dont think he rly is going to so I am just trying to foget about him

In all seriousness, my girlfriend died a couple of years ago in a car crash. For weeks I could not believe what happened. I constantly kept on touching my cell phone, feeling that she would call me. It was hard, I cried, But well life goes on things are fine now. I visit her grave every week. place a rose, that's it. look at the things you have been through, and look at your present problem, this too shall pass.

A guy I dated used to have that problem. It was really tedious. I finally made him stop and get off of me because I was starting to chafe. Sometimes it helps if you just relax.
