Why do people generally blame God for the bad things that happen? Why is it that people expect God to fix their problems and when He doesn't they get angry? In any relationship, you must bring something to the table, with God this is you in your entirety with all the dings and scratches. He takes this "broken" you and beats out the dings and buffs out the scratches. So why do people expect to recieve gifts from God when they haven't envited Him into their hearts and lives?

I think that it's God's fault that you posted this same question twice.

I'm not angry about it, though. I forgive Him.

How can they not blame God, when Catholic priests go about saying "It's God's Will" when bad things happen, and offer no other excuse? God's Will is far from what is happening today. His Will was perfect humans living in a paradise on earth. Not this. This is people's will influenced by the rebel angel Satan.

Because people who are not fanatics realize that no matter how much they go to church, pray etc., no miracles happen. Faith is just that: FAITH. A state of mind. The good and the bad things that happen are situational, not supernatural. They are all caused by a series of events, not by an invisible magician overlord.

Funny, I've only ever seen the opposite.

God gives people Academy awards and grammies. When asked why others didn't win, no one ever goes "Well, god didn't think I deserved it."
