la ilaha illa allah=there is no god but Allah
muhammad rasoul allah=Muhammad is the messenger of Allah
those was repeated three times,and the last line is:
tawakaltu ala allah rabu alalameen=I trust in Allah the god of the universe.
This is islamic basic says and prayers,It was written in old (likely morrocian)Arabic calligraphy

It is an Arabic calligraphy, repeated same text three times in different fonts.

The meaning is:

“There is no God except the Allah;
Mohamed is Allah’s Messenger”

I am sorry, the last two lines I cannot able to give an exact explanation/translation. Hope somebody else will give a proper translation.
