i was reading in martial arts magazine and it was talking about using pinching and twisting as techs etc and it mention a nipple twist but added if this was done on female it might be considered sexual assualt !?!? ok if a female does a groin grab on male would it still be considered sexaul assault ??

In theory it would, but in practice I wouldn't count on it. A sexual assault, like most every other thing, geared toward males being wrong and the female being the poor defenseless person being attacked. When it is the other way around the male would have deserved the injury. Laws work that way. If a guy looks at a women and she takes offense it is sexual harrassment. If a women looks at a guy the same way then she's just checking him out.
I may sound harsh or bias but that is just how it is.

if a male ever has to do that kinda desperation move on a female he'd damn well better be able to prove that she could have whoop'd him
I'd prefer to strike the solar plexus since it would barely leave a mark, wouldn't injure, and still floor them if I had to.
