There's alot of parkland around my area, great day for a walk on the Appalachian trail, with a pic-i-nic basket.... (alas, gotta catch up on work though, but at least part of it is outside today, and my work will take me to a campground for awhile this afternoon :)

I don't know how hot 70degF is... but if the sun is shining, I'll probably want to be in the shade. Australia is the place for sunburn!

Personally, a glorious day in my book is windy as all hell, with swirling clouds and the occasional spot of rain. I'd be out there in the park on the side of the mountain, enjoying the invigoration!

Added: Excuse me, please digi (and everyone). I'm being argumentative with you just for the heck of it... because I CAN, and I didn't get enough sleep last night, and I ate too much chocolate (allergic) yesterday!

Love and Peace (lol)

Sounds good to me! Or sometimes I just sit on the deck and watch the world go by.

Though here it was low 60s with light rain. Refreshing for my hour long walk home from work and very 'Goldilocks' - the temperature being "just right" for walking.

(I read the phrase in an item about the discovery of an Earth-like planet which was said to lie in the the "Goldilocks Zone", where temperatures "are just right" for life to have a chance to exist and it amused me!).

I hope you enjoyed the woods.

There's a small frog that is singing in our back yard. A pair of cardinals are all business there each day. It's the squires that play, and the occasionally visiting rabbit that hides.
I'm listening to the little frog's beautiful voice now, and it makes me want to sing.

Say hello to any birch for me, if you meet then today.

Maybe it is where YOU live....

It's cloudy, drizzling, and not in the 70's. I'm going to the dentist, whether I'd like to or not.
