I don't know. I was really young when I tried it but never had it since. It's not something my mum or dad ever bought. I'm going to buy a jar today n try it tho!!

lovvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvve it its the only thing me and my bf eat when we want to loose weight we have it on tost and thats for lunch and tea. i dont know what i would do without it
