U CAN MAKE SOLDER WIER BY MIXING 60% LED & 40 % WAX

Solder wire is usually made up of lead.
(It is useless to make a solder wire - are u asking for business purpose)
Are you intended to ask how to solder a wire.? If so, there is a soldering equipment, which has heater attached to it. Just place the wire to be soldered in the appropriate position. Before that clean both the surfaces. Apply, soldering agent, that is also lead based gel and place the solder equipment over the wire so that it get melted and stick to the surface.*
