These are hallmarks for gold; the crown and 22 means the ring is made out of 22 carat gold and the anchor means that the ring was made in Birmingham.

The crown and anchor are the trade marks of the jeweler and the 22 is the number of carets that the Gold consists of or the quality of the gold.~~
