Literally, "You are everything for me" -- more loosely, "You're everything to me." Eres, "you are (informal)". Todo, "all". Para, "for (and many other connective words)". Mi, "me." Note that Spanish and English are alike in that "Yo" is used for "I" as a subject and "Mi" is used for "Me" as the object of a preposition (in this case, para).
