Wrapping your wrists in the short term can help but you need to work on the strength to support your wrists. If you have access to dumbbells then you can hold a 3, 4, or 5 pound dumbbell in your hand, place your forearm on a table, let your hand hang over the edge and lift your hand up. Repeat this 12-15 times for 2-3 sets. You can do this with your palm facing up and down. Do these exercises 2-3 times a week for as long as you do tumbling. If strengthening your wrists doesn't help with the pain, or if your pain worsens then you should go see a doctor because that is a sign that something is injured in your wrist. The difficulty is generally that she is placing an excessive amount of weight on her wrists due to the fact the motorcycle does no longer have compatibility her. I am guessing that the motorcycle is just too lengthy for her higher frame. In any case, step one is to take your daughter and her motorcycle to a store in which anybody who is aware of what they're doing can appear at how the motorcycle suits her. I've mentioned frequently in this board that a safely equipped motorcycle is a pleasure and a pride to experience even as a poorly equipped motorcycle may also be torture. You've proved that right. Definitely wrap your wrist every time you do your Tumbles. You can apply ice packs for ten minutes of the time several times a day. You should see your doctor to ask about why you should do to help your wrist.
