There can be no "war" against a tactic. The word "war" has been so misused in recent decades that it no longer has any coherent meaning.
Terrorism should be treated like the crime it is, not used as an excuse to dismantle our Constitution. Terrorism should not be used as an excuse to invade other nations and kill and mutilate hundreds of thousand of people who had absolutely nothing to do with the attacks in the U.S. on September 11, 2001. Terrorism should not be used as an excuse to steal another people's natural resources. Terrorism should not be used as an excuse to further any party's political agenda.
The Bush regime has become the world's leading terrorist organization through the use of torture and weapons of mass destruction. Remember "Shock and Awe?" Sounds, to me, like the kind of language a terrorist would use.

Excerpts:
"WAR is a racket. It always has been.
"It is possibly the oldest, easily the most profitable, surely the most vicious. It is the only one international in scope. It is the only one in which the profits are reckoned in dollars and the losses in lives.
"A racket is best described, I believe, as something that is not what it seems to the majority of the people. Only a small "inside" group knows what it is about. It is conducted for the benefit of the very few, at the expense of the very many. Out of war a few people make huge fortunes."
and
"The normal profits of a business concern in the United States are six, eight, ten, and sometimes twelve percent. But war-time profits – ah! that is another matter – twenty, sixty, one hundred, three hundred, and even eighteen hundred per cent – the sky is the limit. All that traffic will bear. Uncle Sam has the money. Let's get it."
- Major General Smedley D. Butler, USMC [Retired]
Two-Time Congressional Medal of Honor Recipient

No. Since it got us into Iraq and got some of my mates killed for America's bloody war on the back of lies, no.
There were no terrorists in Iraq. The WMD's didn't exist anymore. Could have told you that first. They used them all on Iran and the Iraqi Kurds/ Marsh Arabs/ anyone else they wanted rid of. Oh, they did have them once, because Britain and America sold them to them during the Iran/ Iraq war.
Now, though, there's more terrorists than ever. Attacking a nation and effectively staying on as an occupying force got them in faster than you could say 'Osama Bin Laden.'
You know what a terrorist is? Someone who spreads terror. That, technically, makes America is a terrorist state to all the people they use their military against. I'm damn sure seeing the horizon fill with the Navy, Airforce and Army swinging in would scare the crap out of most people.
But hey, they're not Americans, so they don't matter, do they?

After the plot exposed at Ft Dix, do you really think the opposition will give you a break as a civilian? Have you forgotten the two World Trade Center attacks, the USS Cole, the embassy bombings and the hijacked planes that resulted in the kidnapping and deaths of soldiers and sailors?...SUPPORT THE TROOPS and their Just Cause.
Your representatives by the way refused to include retired police, Military personnel past and present, the elderly, pregnant women Or Children under 18 From Hate Crimes in House Bill 1592, 254 and 984 this week...gee thanks and all of you should tell them so!

I'm sorry TJ, you got your question wrong. You did mean to ask us if we support the U.S. War ON terror, or AGAINST terror, right? Sure you did. Because only a fool would say that the US is fighting a war OF terror - which, of course, would be an insult to every single person who is in our armed forces. And you certainly didn't mean to insult the many men and women who are fighting for our freedoms, and for those who have none. Right?

Bush has made the US into the biggest terrorist organization in the world. If he doesn't like what another country is doing then he wants war. He has shamed America and we have no respect anymore now people abroad think all Americans are liars like their idiot leader.
Personally, I don't trust our leaders either as we will never know the truth about anything

No!
If the US stopped funding these terrorists in the first place they wouldn't exist!
They funded Saddam against Iran!
They funded Al Qaeda against the Russians!
And they funded the IRA!
Robin Cook said it all when he said the world has to keep cleaning up the mess the US keeps making!
