On board a C-130 the flight crew oxygen masks are stowed at each flight crew position and pre flighted (tested) prior to the first flight of the day. Passengers are issued POK's (passenger oxygen kits) but only if the aircraft will be flying above 22,000 Ft. Because C-130's don't always carry passengers, the passenger POK's are stowed on board the aircraft in an overhead container along with inflatable life vests which are issued to all personnel on board a C-130 when the flight goes over water.

Canadian C-130s will carry EPOS (Emergency Passenger Oxygen System) kits for all the pax on board only when dangerous cargo is carried. The kits are intended to be used in case of fire only. Should the aircraft depressurize while at very high altitudes, the crew will endeavour to descend to a healthier altitude ASAP in order to prevent passenger hypoxia. The crew itself will breathe from built in masks fed from a 25 liter liquid oxygen system.

Older C130s have Liquid Oxygen tanks, plus the regulators that were mentioned above, along with the green bags.

New models have oxygen generators instead of liquid oxygen.

There are also small portable bottles for the crew in case of failure of the main system. These would allow enough time for descent to lower altitude.

There are small green canvas bags located throughout the aircraft that carry self-inflating emergency oxygen bag. However C-130s often travel low enough that they don't have to pressurize the plane.
