Scrub with soap and water, really scrub. My only other thought is to use nail polish remover in the safe areas on his face, but follow up with soap and water to remove that. Good luck, 2 year olds are sooo much fun! :-)

1-wash cloth
water
soap
wet wash cloth. add soap. wash childs face. Be sure to keep soap out of eyes and mouth.
I got it all over my hand yesterday when my bottle slipped out of my hand and spilled all over my desk and hand. Soapy water cleaned the desk and my hand very easily, so the same should go for your little white-out faced son!
you may have to rub a little so be prepared!

If soap and water don't work, try putting some rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball, or some non-acetate fingernail polish remover.
