If you had sex because you were afraid to refuse, then you were indeed raped.

I am sorry to say you've waited too long to press charges. You need to find a rape crisis center in your area and talk to one of the counselors there. This is not something that can be solved at Yahoo! Answers. You need some sort of closure, perhaps a rape counselor can help you find it.

Good Luck and God Bless you.

that sounds awful, specially coz it happened in 2002, now we are in 2007, since you couldnt get over it there is no solution better than talking with him... i dont know what u should say or do, i have no experience with that but all what i know that you should face your fears to make it go away... then try to start over, go to parties, hang out with your bf and spend a quality time with him ;) goood luck

sorry, that was bad indeed.
first of all get it out of ur mind that u have been raped.
it happens that we indulge in things that we hate to do but for that we never punish ourselves for too long.
being a religious girl i myself feel too ashamed for things that i am not supposed to do but once seeing a preaching i learned that even if we do a mistake we should always forgive ourselves once, since our creator also forgives us so who the hell our we to punish us for too long.
believe me u have learned Ur lesson so free yourself for all these negative thoughts and hear towards a positive road...
life like u want to live on ur own terms.
take care.

I feel sorry for you. that said you must understand you have made your choices and now must live with them. on your story he duped you into going back to his, but since you agreed to have sex with him, you were not raped. My best advice is while you cannot change your past, you can change your future. Learn from this, make sure it doesn't happen to you again, and maybe (if your ok with people knowing your story) it would help if you were educating younger girls on how easy it is to get in these situations, and how to get out of them.
If however you are 100% sure he would have raped you had you denied him, pass his name on to me, i'll sort him out.

If he threatened you and made you feel like you had to do it or you'd be assaulted then yes it is rape

It's never too late aswell you can report it to the police

you're wrong, you still can get him jail
but it seem like a consent sex than rape
but forget about the past and carry on with your life
no point to dwell into the past,
forgive and forget

maybe have chat to him and get the feeling out - there is a guilty side on both sides here(sorry),talk is the best medicine and does help - have you discussed this with any one else?
