I'm not a karate-ka, so your style may well differ from mine, but I would say that shuto should be to the carotid, a punch should be first 2 knuckles (mine are such a shape that 3 wouldn't even be possible!) and yoko geri should use the blade of the foot rather than the sole. Haito is not a name I recognise, but google tells me it's a ridge hand strike. I would find this more useful in taking out the elbow than the eyes.

4 should be B. and 7 is a trick question because you can hit with the ball of the foot or the top of the foot, what the hell are you doing a test for is what i want to know!!! If my shiha finds out that other dojo gives out writen tests he will freak :D

oh and yoko geri might or might not be with the side of the foot, idealy it should be with the side because it would be stronger but the bottom of the foot will touch too... dont know about you but i joined karate so i could bludge off school

There are different shuto as well, shuto sakotsu uchi komi is strike to collarbone, but there is also Shuto uchi uke which you can strike the hand or the artery with, this test is too much thinking for me to tell you the truth :P
