Philosopher Emerson said, EVERY MAN IS A GOD
PLAYING THE FOOL - i.e. until you realise but with
with your headstrong attitude, the atheist that you are
it will be difficult to explain so you remain in your own
world and let others remain in their own - live and let
live. Then perhaps you will experience peace.

OK, I believe that in the beginning a magical sky man appeared from nowhere and made a man called Adam, then he stole one of his ribs and made a woman, called Eve. Then he let them play around for a bit in his garden before he got bored and decided to make a snake. Then he made a tree with forbidden fruit, and made the snake go up to Eve and perdsuade her to eat it, since he controls everything, and she ate it, and so did Adam. Then, just for funsies, God decided to punish Eve by making her experience terrible pain during childbirth, then he punished Adam by making him toil in fields. He couldn't really think of a punishment for the snake since he was tired and his brain was hurty from doing things, so he punished him by making him crawl on his belly for all eternity, forgetting that that was what he already did. Later on in the bible god decides to give genocide, homophobia and racism a go. After that he sends his son down to walk around doing magic tricks before killing him for no apparant reason.

God is love. Love that any father gives to his/her child. Total acceptance with unconditional love. God is like floating on water. He surrounds you, moves with you, feels you, knows you completely inside and outside, and yet, he allows you to make your own choices and make your own decisions...even the choice in not believing in him. He knows your heart despite your actions. You may laugh, but, take a moment in total silence, completely and totally relaxing and releasing all other thought out of your mind, then reach out to Him. If you honestly do this, you will know God.

I sometimes call Him my greatest Dad. Why? Because He knows everything about me, my thoughts, my actions, my yearnings, my fears, my past, present, and future, my ups and down, my failures and victories. I don't have to say the words becase He knows the longings of my heart. I oftentimes fail Him but when I knock on His door He would open it right away. He easily forgives but impose what is just to help me learn my lessons. When I'm afraid of the dark I would always think of Him looking after me. I know He's watching me when I'm asleep. When I'm frustrated I would just talk to Him until I get tired of talking. But I know He always listens. He's my bestfriend who is very loyal to me. He promises to give me light in the dark, comfort in bad times, strength in trials.
When I contemplate nature I contemplate God. I would oftentimes marvel at the works of His hands. He's so amazing! Mother Theresa said," He is the Truth to be told, the Way to be traveled, and the Light to be lit." All things are variables in this world and GOD is the only constant.
There's a song telling Who is GOD and it goes this way:
"....Yahweh, I know you are near, standing always at my side, you guard me from the foe and you lead me in ways everlasting. Lord You have searched my heart, and you know when I sit and when I stand. Your hand is upon me protecting me from death, keeping me from harm...."

Well, if you want to understand God, you should read the Bible...no one will be able to tell you if you don't believe in Him.
I personally see myself as a Christian, not because of the 'religion', but because of my relationship with God.
Most of the time, it takes something drastic to turn people to God. But when they do, most people enjoy it.
Hope that didn't make you laugh, as so many people think religion is wrong...

I can't .. you are taking this matter as a joke. Not everything is visible and identifiable by our senses, some things are identified by their effects. Can you show me the electricity flowing in a lamp that is on, no you can't. You just tell there is electricity by the mere fact the lamp is on (the effect of electricity.)

God is the all powerful being. God is the only reason that we did not have to die. God died on the cross for us and we didn't have to die like that. So that is how I describe God to you.
