all the brainwashed idiots say yes but the fact is when your sitting in your phoney churches this sunday remember as you look up at jesus hanging on the cross that bush gave saddam his power and the key to detroit in 1986...bush told the kurds to rebel and then suddenly abandoned them during the gulf war and the kuwatians or whatever the hell they are called were told to drill at an angle to steal saddams oil. but believe what you want....fools....the real truth hurts your stupid pride.

Hell yes! He was an extremely evil person- even his two sons were psycho. In Sadaam's palace, they even had torture chambers. And ths sons brought back women and tortured them in the most horrible way. I was happy on the day that the statue of Sadaam was destroyed, and I thought we would be out of there shortly, but this stupid war has gone on for five years now, and we still cannot *find* Osama bin Laden. ( I think our government knows where he is. This was just an excuse for Bush to avenge his daddy's war.

To be fair Yes. Even though it's not Sadam, anybody should be the same.

It was a bit harsh, but so was his regime. In the western world and in the UK especially, we find hanging quite barbaric mostly because it is a deterrent that we do not endorse. In Iraq, hanging is quite common place. Therefore the question has a different answer depending on the geography

As he is hanged for the crime of killing the kurds then there are many other leaders who deserve to be hanged like this..! i don't call it justice where one person is hanged and other is adored for the worse crimes than that !!"Justice should be for all"..still he was needed to lead the world for some other crimes of other leaders and thats why i think this punishment is given too early !!

properly, i imagine it really is chance-free to say that in view that Sadam killed and tortured one of those tremendous form of folk he deserved to have an similar destiny ensue to him. yet once he became captured and removed from potential - does a authorities have the right to kill surely one of it really is voters?

Definetly YES.
OTOH if I were Iraqui, I would hang him on a hook, by the ribs and let him wriggle for a few days.
Impalement would also be acceptable.

Once he's dead, feed the body to pigs. Or maybe not quite dead?

It would still be a lot nicer treatment than what he did to over a milion Iraquis.

Lets see he murdered 5,000 + of his own country men with nerve gas, and torchered and killed untold thousands more of his own country men. He came to power through murder and executed members of his own family. What do you think? The only person I can think of who would have deserved to be hanged more is Adolf Hitler, but he offed himself before the allies could get to him.

it only served to martyr him and galvanise his supporters into believing he was a worthy leader, if he'd been left to rot in jail the same thing would have happened but only to a lesser degree. No-one that evil deserves to die so quickly.
