I think he's referring to the second Orgasm...
For guys: Sometimes the first one is too quick, and the second one takes longer (sometimes a LOT longer) - and is about 100x as intense as the first. Maybe that's why we pass out after it ;);)
For women: The first orgasm can take quite a long time (or sometimes not happen at all) - and they are too worn out (or overly sensetive) to go for "round two".
However, for women who are able to have multiple orgasms - the first can quickly (or immediately) lead to the second, third, ...

Everybody is different. There are many women who complain about the man putting on one half-hearted performance and then turning over and going to sleep - leaving his partner unfulfilled, unsatisfied and sometimes in tears
