In the relationship, if the girl tells the guy that she does not want him hanging out with any girl that he was previously interested in, the guy listens and doesn't do it, yet when you tell her the same thing about a guy that she used to be interested in it's ok for her to hangout with him because they're "just friends"? She says that she doesn't see him in "that way" any more, and everytime you bring it up about how it bothers you she's gotta get defensive about it because it's ok for her to hangout with ex-interests, but not the other way around. I don't get it.

I know that everything should be equal in a relationship what one partner is allowed to do the other is also allowed to do but sadly this isnt so
My bf gave his nr to a waitress just for fun and i was with him nothing happend but i know that if i am gona do it there is going to be trouble
My bf doesnt mind if i talk to guys that i have kissed but if we slept together it doesnt like it but yet his ex still calls him and they were serious they went out for 3years
I dont think that things will ever be equal in a relationship but we can atleast try

Why are there differences in views? Because people aren't carbon-copies of each other. But her saying that she doesn't see him in "that way" anymore means she's moved on, subconsciously. This is a very normal thing. Humans in general try to be monogamous, but in fact most people are NOT monogamous. It's because of growth. Human instinct is the grow and change, personality-wise. But such a thing will make two people less likely to stay together.

Anyways, I think maybe she's being fickle. A lot of girls are that way. But if he's okay with it, then maybe you shouldn't have a problem with it. It's not yours to deal with.

I don't really know what else to say. I'm not like many girls.

That is because men are more sexual. Itis hard for a man not to be interested in sex with his female friend, whereas most women do not make guy friends, unless they are just not interested in them any other way.

She doesn't trust you. You may or may not have given her a reason not to, but she doesn't, and she feels insecure and threatened by your ex.
