Denture adhesive = something similar to glue (adhesives are meant to stick things together) that will keep your dentures (false teeth) in place and secure.

A rectal thermometer = a thermometer (a device meant for taking measurements of temperatures) that goes in your down below area (the part you sit on) and takes your temperature. I prefer the regular versions myself.
