An arsonist burns things.
An anarchist is a person who supports a system society under which there is no ruling authority (ie government).
International politics is often referred to as being 'anarchical' in structure. This is because there is no international body to force nations to comply with international agreements. Yes there is the UN but it can only provide information about treaty non-compliance - in the end it is other individual nations that use military force, and not the UN.
Ergo, an anarchist society has no government. An arsonist society is basically where everyone burns things.

An arsonist's agenda is more internal, less public until exposed as the arsonist. They can be burning things for many reasons: resentment, symbolism, money. There are many, many of these, from naive children to wounded adults, to criminals seeking insurance money.
An Anarchist has a very specific agenda and wants you to know it. There are fewer of these.

Arson is the crime of deliberatley setting fire to property. Anarchism is the political theory that human society can exist wothout the construct of a nation-state. Anarchists are those who propose that common sense would allow human beings to form a functional stateless society and allow participants to form their own sense of morality and ethics without having morality and ethics being imposed on the individual from the group.
