why dose my fluresent tube buzz when i switch it on?

i woke up one morning a switch my kitchen light on and it buzzed and it has been buzzing since ive changed the starter motor and the tube its self but that hasent sorted it nothing has so can you answer please

You don't say what size or type or what it's fixed to?? The metal batten is probably resonating with the ballast, tighten the fixing screws inside, remove and put a slight twist in the cover, then refit.

the casing might be loose see if tightening it helps
