Awww I can totally relate, I got a fright the other day and just like you am heading towards exam season. If I were you I'd concentrate on your exams. Eat plenty of fruit, pasta, rice, wholemeal foods, fish and chicken and try to stay away from refined sugars and products containing such. Coffee can be essential during exams! So don't go for a major life overhaul just yet! Try to drink plenty of water and get out for at least a 20 minutes walk each day. Clears the head and keeps the blood pumping.
Once your exams are out of the way, try to exercise more, longer walks or even swimming, cut your calories too. But do it healthily. In the meantime try not to stress about your weight, it'll come off when you have more time to focus on losing it. And hey good luck with your exams!
Hope that helps:)

watever you do, dont eat less and do more. when you have irregular eating patterns, your body doesnt know when its going to get food again, so it stores fat. You should start by eating breakfast everyday, something high in fibre is excellent. for lunch, do not have take out or anything high in fat or sugar. Yoghurt is delicious, or make some fruit salad the night before. For dinner try some lean fish with veggies. So basically, eat more fruit and veggies, and main parts of the food groups. try to get a bit more exercise than you usually do by walking, hanging clothes on the clothesline, or anything involving activity. Also, try to limit your TV watching time, if you slowly lower the time everyday, you'll be laughing! no problem. it mite be hard but talk 2 ur friends about it. you may be surprised on how helpful they can be.
Good Luck!
p.s. any further questions, just ask!

I know you said you dont have much time but its going to be cardio work you need to do to get rid of the fat. Try getting up early in the mornings and going for a run, it may be hard to get motivated at first but it will set you up for the day, you will feel refreshed and alive afterwards and it will kick start your metabilism. Then when you have breakfast, have a hot water with lemon, this flushes out toxins from you body. Then have a healthy breakfast and healthy lunch and dinner.
Dont worry about it too much as life is too short, just treat your body well by eating healthy and you will soon feel great about your body!

Just do one thing at a time, get the exams out of the way first then concentrate on the weight by making lots of homemade veggie soups, very filling but few calories, lots of fruit and salads. Good luck with exams.

Im 5ft 6 and over 12 stone so take a breath...... You have said it yourself what you need to do. I have been cutting out carbs with my evening meal and having skinless chicken. Take a shallow pan spray with 1 cal oil just 2 times, really low heat add liquid and flavour (lemon juice and garlic) anything will do put a lid on it and let it steam in its own juices. loads of veg and thats a really healthy no carb dinner and there is no end to the flavours you can mix.

You didn't mention how old you are. The metabolism tends to slow down at a certain age. If not quite at that stage, just avoid the WHITEs....for a while.
You know; bread, pasta, salt, sugar, lemonade, alcohol, taties, crisps, rice and anything creamy or oily. If it's white keep out of sight.
Good luck!

Don't do a low carb diet, epecially through exams. Eat a lot of fruit. As for carbs, eat wholegrain cereals, black bread and brown rice. Stop eating all sweets and all fast food. Drink a lot of water or fruit juices. Don't eat fatty or fried foods, don't eat pizza or much cheese.

It all comes down to diet. I suggest a low carb diet. Eat fish, vegetables, meat, eggs, cheese, but no bread, fruit or junk food. No sodas! Drink only water. Good luck.
