First if you have any fortune telling things such as a weeji board or a crystal ball or some such things GET RID OF THEM IMMEDIATELY. Perhaps destroying such things so that others cannot be infected by them would be helpful. These type of things might bring bad spirits to you. I don't know your religion but perhaps a recognized practicioner of your religion can provide you with an amulet to guard against evil.
You should also consider getting mental health help from a psychologist. I hope that things go well for you and you are able to find peace

The fact that you recognize the unusual nature of what you see suggests to me that it is either related to drugs you have taken (prescribed or not) or that it is some sort of a psychic phenomenon. It doesn't sound like a mental illness. Clearly seeing a psychiatrist is a good idea, but remember that they are trained to see everything through a medical lense, and will probably not affirm any psychic experience you might be having. So, you might want to contact reputable psychic experts too. See links below for suggested places to start if you want to explore that route too. Definitely start with a psychiatrist. Good Luck

well the first thing i want to ask you is are you coming off of any drugs or are you taking any drugs. you see i also believe in ghosts so it is hard to say. if you are just starting to see these things then i would say that they are hallucinations. don't think that you are crazy but you should go see a psychiatrist and see what they can do for you and if you are coming off drugs that too will cause hallucinations as well. you could have schizophrenia and that will cause hallucinations and so will a head injury or a high fever so go see some one asap and get some help. hope this helps

There are a number of things that can cause hallucinations - including shizoprenia, psychosis, certain antidepressants, severe depression and different illnesses.
I've experienced a number of hallucinations now, and am totally used to it, at first it is really scary, but you will get used to it if it goes on. My hallucinations are due to severe depression, and they can be really vivid sometimes...
The problem is if you experience delusions - as hallucinations without delusions are OK, however delusions with, or without hallucinations is really scary, as you believe things that are really crazy (for example that you can fly and so on).
The main thing is to get help for whatever it is you're experiencing as things can spiral out of control...
If you are depressed or having paranoia ect... you really need to get help asap, as you could get past the point of being able to seek help if you leave it too long.

There are some mental conditions that could cause this happen. Sometimes Schizophrenia or other related mental illnesses can cause them. My girlfriend experience the same kinds of things and they are as real as can be to her but I see nothing. Also certain medications such as antidepressants can cause them if you already have a slight condition. You should talk to your doctor and maybe see a therapist. Your not going crazy or physco but you might want to seek help.

If you only have hallucinations while falling asleep or immediately upon waking up then that's normal. They are called hypnagogic and hypnopompic hallucinations. If you're seeing, hearing or otherwise sensing things that are not there when you're fully awake then that could signal a problem.

Hallucinations can be just what you described. They can be visual or sound. You seem to be able to tell the difference between what is real and what is not.
I can understand that this is a frightful thing for you.

it could be, or you could be having some kind of psychic experience. It's impossible for anyone on yahoo to tell based on just your description. I think you should talk to a doctor or therapist.
