maybe you should try chiropractic therapy. That can sometimes help more than acupuncture. I've enclosed a link where you can find a chiropractor in your area.

I've been hearing many good things about a supplement called "move free advanced." I've enclosed a link were you can read about it. Many medical doctors are starting to use this for chronic pain.

Use a heating pad on your and neck and back for twenty minutes at a time. Follow with an analgesic cream. Sometimes this is one of the best treatments.

Ok I have suffered from back pain since I was 18 years old and I am now almost 39. I have tried almost everything from Chiropractors, Accupuncture, Accupressure, Physical Therapy, drugs, and everything in between. The one and only thing that put my severe back pain to rest for a quite a few years was when I was doing stomach crunches in my Martial Arts. I had the tightest stomach around and once you strengthen your core muscles the pain the back goes away. I know it sounds so simple, but you really have to do the stomach crunches the proper way or you will make your tummy permantely pooch instead of flat and building the muscles up tight. I was doing over 500 a day everyday. I remember when I got pregnant with my Daughter shortly after I had to quit my Martial Arts and my OB said in all her years she has never seen anyone with that tight of abs. I didn't have any more back problems until I stopped doing my exercises. Now I am slowly trying to build up those muscles again and I have less days of pain and it will continue over time. In the meantime try Stop Pain Relief, hot showers, icing your back down, gentle stretching, watching your posture, a back support for sitting, walking.

Contact an Aromatherapist, they will both create a analgesic (pain relief) blend and massage you with it as well. What they will do is asses the problem along with your health status and create a massage blend for you as well as recommend things to do. They may create blends with grapefruit, black pepper, clove bud of ginger essential oils and tell you to either massage yourself with it or come back to them for the massage.

Acupressure is the best remedy for neck and back aches. Stay away from painkillers which can cause damage to your liver and kidneys. Hope you feel better.
