SP 2. Resets several times daily to 10107,freezes, and after a hard restart, to 9999.

adjust your bios clock, that should do it, then update you timezone as well. if that fails, remove your CMOS battery for a while, put it back in and set your clocks

It could have a short, a dieing/dead battery, a faulty clock or a virus. Run a virus checker first to see if that cures the problem. Change the battery if you find no viruses. Replace the motherboard if the first two solutions don't work.
