Pimple on the penis does not necessarily mean he has AIDS
The skin of the penis, espcially near the testis and pubic area contains a lot of sebaceous and sweat glands. Once they are blocked by certain reasons such improper hygiene, pimple occurs.
But it depends on the person who look it as just pimple... They differentiate things differently the other people describe it. Some guys think its just a pimple but for the specialist, its a different thing.

No, it's a sign of a blocked pore, like any other acne. You shouldn't try and figure out if someone has AIDS by looking: many people have HIV and look perfectly healthy. Get tested so you know your own status, and always use condoms.

no, herpes or genital warts maybe or can just be nothing but a clogged pore. you wont know unless you go to a doctor.
