Torrent deleted!!!! HELP!?

i have bitcomet and i downloaded a movie, my brother deleted it so i downloaded it again and i guess the file wasnt lost because it reloaded. Now he deleted it again so i tried to download it again but now its starting all over again and it took me forever to download in the first place!! how can i get it to re-download again?????? thankss

Did you check recycling bin? He may have emptied the Trash. You may be out of luck :(
