The way I know to rid yourself of sins is to go to confession. The Catholic Church has confession service whereby you can confess your sins. Jesus Himself told Sr. Faustina that He is present in each confessional listening to you confess your sins. At the end, He forgives you totally of all your sins. Every time you feel you have sinned greatly, go to confession. He is a Merciful God. This is a great gift that Jesus gave to all of us Catholics. Praise be to our God on High.

Sins cannot be undone. They can only be forgiven by God through Jesus. God calls us to repent (which sounds a lot worse than it really means. It basically means that you turn your ways around. So whatever you were doing that was wrong, you begin to do what is right). There is nothing you can do to "earn" salvation. You have to trust God and give your sins over to the one who already died for them. Romans 10:9 "If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved."
The reason I believe it specifically says believe in your heart is because many people believe that God and Jesus existed, but they do not truly believe in their heart Jesus is the way, otherwise they would be always trying to do the right thing. Note, I did not say you will always do the right thing. I have had a very strong spiritual experience AFTER I changed my life around and I still make many mistakes. If you really want forgiveness and want God to be a part of your life, you will find Him. Read Ezekiel 18:19-32. It says God takes no pleasure in the death of one who dies and tells us to turn and live. He says If a righteous man turns from righteousness and begins a life of sin, he will surely die. If an evil man repents and turns to a life of righteousness, he will surely live! God is great. Just do your homework in the bible and find out for yourself who God really is. It is a very difficult path to live life dedicated to God, but the reward is so much greater! Never give up. I hope this helps and does not cause offense.

Since you are speaking of sins you must have belief in a Judaism system. There are various ways of forgiveness depending upon which religion you believe in.
As a non-believer, I have done things of which I seek forgiveness for from people or myself. I would not consider these things as sins but rather as a wrong doing towards my fellow mankind, or the environment. To undo such such things I will often apologize for the wrong doings to the person, or try to improve our environment in some way. It is also important to understand that we are all human, we are not perfect and we make mistakes. I am not sure of the level of which you have done "wrong" but it seems to be a world wide common knowledge that self forgiveness is equally important as forgiveness granted from others and indeed sometimes more important. Find a way to not only find forgiveness from the victim but also to yourself.
I hopes this helps instead of confuses.
-peace-
Edit:
I am using environment in an ambiguous manner. What I mean is by ones surroundings be it physical or society.

You can't undo what's been done. Only God can. (Listen to "Undo" by Rush of Fools.) If you already know what you've done, the Bible teaches that you only need to confess those sins to God. If you truly accept his Savior Son, you will receive the guidance of the Holy Spirit, which will help you avoid future sin. If you truly believe, then your sins are forgiven. Note - it's not that they someday will be forgiven, but they are, at this moment. If you doubt, read the Gospel of John.
Sounds like you could use a Christian mentor to support you for a while. Find someone who can help you without judging you or leading you, but who will help you better understand God's will and grace.

You don't have to get rid of your sins because it's a part of everyday life, and we get tempted because of the influences of Society and the whole world... see, the thing is we are all imperfect mortals in this time frame and will never achieve total perfection in this life.
In Biblical times, there were a lot of people doing sins... so why do you have to stop? What is the purpose to totally remove all sins? Isn't that going against your nature... Isn't that going against your free agency?
I don't think praying and repenting will solve the problem, you can do that if you want too, but you're still going to do those sins again... It's just a way of life.
Don't worry, God will not smolt you like a noodle soup, and laugh at your pitiless worthless rotting flesh... he won't, and if you think he is... then you're crazy because you don't know what he's thinking.
You know what I think... I think that God put you here in this world to make mistakes and learn from them... make more mistakes and learn from them... make more and more mistakes and learn from them to gain more understanding.
You see where I'm getting at?
So just relax, you're not going to Hell. LOL

God forgives ALL sins when you repent. In His eyes, one is not worse than the other. Accept Jesus Christ as your lord and savior and ask God to forgive you of all your sins. If you do this with the inner being of your soul, you will feel the transformation. God LOVES you hun and don't ever forget that.

To rid yourself of sin you have to
(1) recognize and confess your wrongdoings...if possible you should confess to a priest
(2) realize that you have to stop repeating the same sins over and over again in order to be truly repentant
(3) get on your knees and pray for the power of God to help you to stop sinning
Prayer really works! God bless and don't lose hope.

You are suffering from your own judgement of what you have done. The only one that can forgive you is you. It is not in God's role to judge anyone. If you need a biblical reference for this it is "judge not, less you be judged". The only sin is failure to learn. When you learn the lesson of what you may have done it will no longer be a painful experience.

You can't "undo" your sins or change your past. But you CAN seek forgiveness of those you have wronged in any way. Then seek forgiveness of God. And resolve not to connit those sins again. You also need to forgive yourself.

Each one of you must turn away from your sins and be baptized in the name of JESUS Christ, so that your sins will be forgiven; you will receive God's gift of Holy Spirit. ACTS 2: 38
Surely God can forgive sins, because He created us. Not only that, He can give the ability to stop from sinning again and so we will know that we are free ever.
