also, what is a cheap, good car to fix?

I remember reading a story about 3 months ago about cars that were damaged in a 5mph rear end crash. I believe the Altima scored tops (not a good thing) in repair bills. Something on the order of over $9k to fix the damage.

Update: Went back and found the article. It was the Nissan Maxima. Article attached.

properly, the Nissan will be more low priced to maintain than the Saab yet, a number of the parts on a Nissan are VERY extreme priced and then some aren't any more it really is demanding to describe as to why. yet you'll nevertheless keep funds over upkeep of the Saab! note: i visit submit to in recommendations replacing a KS (knock sensor) on a Nissan Maxima and the KS became like $270 some thing, it really is is negative! further: And the thumbs downer strikes back! no there not,there really not any more expensive than a sentra or a maxima,i own a shop ,and all the parts cost about the same for those,there might be a little difference in the price of them,but usually the labor stays the same.at least at my shop it does.good luck hope this helps.
