I personally can't stand the woman. But I need to be honest about this. I'm not going to give her a life sentence or the death penalty!! lol

If she was given 45 days, then she needs to serve her sentence. She's under the impression that money will buy her a ticket out of jail, all she needs is a signed petition from her "fans", and she can walk, which is absurd.

If any of us were to be arrested for her charges, and sentenced to 45 days in jail, there would be no questions. We would be serving the time. She is no different than anyone else in this country. Her butt isn't so precious that she deserves to walk, while the rest of the population in this country would do jail time for the same offense. I do hope that the judge sticks with his sentence, and she does time, as the law demands. She's nothing special, even though she thinks she is.

45 days should be quite an experience for a rich, spoiled human. But she's not in jail yet and I hear they are now trying to get the Governor to help get her out of it. If they pull that off it will be a real injustice to anyone else that has to serve time for the same thing. She deserves every day she gets, she has been making a mockery out of the legal system. I'd hate to think I raised such a spoiled brat, her parents are idiots and have condoned every rotten thing she has done. To bad the judge can't throw them in with her.

I feel 45 days is sufficient. Even if she serves less than that, I think the idea of her going to jail brings hope that our justice system is doing their job. If she is let go to be free, that sets a very bad precedent for future crimes made by the common people. I hope justice is blind in this case, and gives to her what is coming. Jail time.

The maximum he could have given her was 90 days, so I'll have to go with 45 days.

No, it grew to become into only precise. via fact they do no longer frequently supply celebrities penitentiary time, i'm shocked she have been provided that plenty. yet it somewhat isn't her first project with the regulation and if she keeps getting away with it she'll shop doing regardless of she needs. with any luck she'll study that no person is definitely above the regulation.

45 days.
She will probably do 3 weeks max.
After she gets out, she can do that series "The Simple Life" with some new insights.
