I think its about more than just how you dress and who you sleep with... although those do count. Guys are gonna loose respect for you if you are a big tease who flirts with everyone. I think its also about the number of guys you mess around with... not necessarily how far you go with them. You can be a make-out slut but go no further than that and guys will stilll look down on you.
