You are right - people think they know what's best, but truly only God knows. However, I don't think the Bible is a doctrine-only instruction manual. What about the entire Gospel of John, where the theme is belief? Paul even has a lot to say about faith. There are definitely lessons in doctrine, but just going through the motions is not what Christianity is about. It takes faith for a relationship with God, and that's also what the Bible encourages.

What I think about this verse is GOD is and I am not, and he knows the way for all my issues in life, well because I am me, I think, I might can do this alone, because the task seems simple, and I don't like burdening him, however GOD, could you please help me find my keys, laughed, therefore it doesn't matter how large or small a task may be, we should seek GODS counsel first, because he has helped me find that letter i lost in my house today!

When you say doctrine, and not faith, what you are saying is there is a principle, before faith is activated, and it is called belief. Without some form of belief, a person faith is not activated. This much I agree on, sometimes a miracle will be peformed, but that also is way to activate your faith, and belief, if a person consistanly have faith, we become rooted and grounded in love, like in the book of Ephesians. However, if we do not contiue to activate our faith, we become luke warm, and then cool, and this is what happens to saints in church, with personalitys, and more issues. Also a person can go to church for years, and believe on the lord Jesus Christ, and not really become changed, or walk in the spirit,of GOD, because they are not activateing their faith, with belief. therefore they do many things a person who is walking in the faith can not do, and not knowing they have caused harm, and grieved the spirit. I could go on but thanks

I did do not overlook that actual and beat that drum continually. although you do prefer to tread intently the following. it truly is not any longer to assert you ought to not communicate the actuality yet ensure that your faith would not develop right into a grace by utilising works doctrine. we are given a pardon by utilising accepting Yahshua's sacrifice for our sins. we may be able to no longer earn salvation by utilising our own works that's a loose present. we are although are stated as to repent from our previous procedures, the procedures of the flesh, and stay for Messiah. we are to mimic Messiah. we are to be Holy as he's Holy a ideal away quote from Leviticus 11 the position it talks about sparkling and unclean nutrition this is the entire concentration of the financial ruin. basically believing isn't adequate the demons believe and they trembles Are demons kept? although we are stated as to sturdy works, We set up the regulation. If we like God we keep his commandments. Moses is taught contained in the synogogues each and every sabbath, the inferance is to be there and study the regulation. we are no longer to apply our grace as a licence to sin. Now if we are organising the regulation how can we are saying that any of it become nailed to the go? the purely difficulty nailed to the go become the shortcoming of life penalty that you deserve on your sins. how the heck are you able to reconcile the actuality that God's regulation become adversarial to us at the same time as God reported in Duet that his regulation become life. how are you going to assert that any commandments were nailed to the go at the same time as Isaiah says that the gentile that joins himself to the Lord and keeps the sabbath and and keeps my covenant (the ten commandments and each and every of the regulation are element of the covenant) that he will lead them to completely chuffed in His residing house of prayer. faith with out works is lifeless. if you're brushing off God's regulation because its inconvienent for then you you're nevertheless on your sin and also you'll perish. you have not repented and also you're at astounding a nominal christian if christian in any respect. no longer all that call Him Lord Lord will be contained in the dominion of God yet purely those that do the choose of the daddy. slender the gate and complicated the way that ends up in salvation yet huge and straightforward the way that ends up in condemnation. Repent brothers and sisters the dominion of God is at hand.

To summarise, only faith that saves. Ask yourself why God appreciates people like Abraham, Moses, David and others. David sinned against God but because of his faith He was forgiven.
We just need to believe Christ died for our sins. We need also to prove this by glorifying God. Paul says in everything we do, we should do it for God's glory.
May God bless you in Christ's name.

Faith is obedience to God's word but it is not being under law but transformed to Gods righteousness through the atonement.

I disagree with your view that faith is not taught in the Bible. Everything we need to know is there.

God Bless.

it teaches that we are "saved" by faith alone, but part of having faith in God is the works that go along with serving God
