I can tell you exactly why!!!
It is because a group of humans presumed themselves to have the knowlege, wisdom, and authority of God, Himself.
You will see such atrocities across the entire spectrum of theologies, from islam to christianity, to buddhism to hinduism. And within each and every sect and denomination of each general religion, you will see each shared act of barbarianism. What the Protestants and Catholics do to each other in Ireland is no different than what the Palestinians and Jews do to each other in Isreal.
You will see people butcher each other, strip each other of ther rights, humiliate, and desecrate each other.
All in the name of a God that nobody can see or feel empirically, yet is somehow to be considered omnipotent.
When any man presumes to know what the Gods know, you will see human beings act inhuman to other human beings.

She had left a Kurdish community to marry another man, but after she did her family had convinced her to come back home and that she was forgiving for her transgressions. Upon arrival there were over a thousand people waiting for her. I am not familiar with the cultural aspects of this community but it is quite apparent that they felt stoning would be the proper judgment for her.

The men in those countries are worse than animals. They are barbaric pigs. The poor girl.. no one knows why she was gone all night. This is proof that they have no respect for women there. And the only religion that would treat women that way is from Satan. Sick bastards, every one!!

its bad i know ...but the punishment is for both men n women and if she is punished here she wont be punished on the judgment day (Insha Allah) but personally i don't approve it but Allah knows better ...as the punishment is from him i cant deny it ....but i m not sure about this law and when it should be given so we need to learn more b4 saying anything ... (i read about her later and it was an act of other people and i feel sorry for her ..i wonder why we all have lost all humanity in us .....we are all afraid to raise a voice against inhumanity brought upon us by powerful people ..have we forgotten that there is no power bigger than Allah SWT ...if we believed then there would b som1 saving her but they dint .....i pray that those people never live in peace ever ...)Dont forget Allah loves forgiveness and loves the one who learns to forgive in his name ....but the people involved in it i pray never be forgiven ever no matter what religion ..

First of all she came from a family and a community that worships satan. She fell in love with a Muslim boy and the men in her community stoned her to death because of that.

I believe the bible said something about letting a man that has no sin throw the first stone. Of course they don't follow the Christian bible so who knows.

Because many forms of conservative Islam don't value human liberty. In Iran they hung a 16-year-old rape victim in a public square, while the attacker got off with lashes.
It's horrendous.
