Ok, let's start with introducing a question.
What exactly is a question? A question is something that you ask, or someone else ask.A question usually start with WHO, WHEN, WHERE, WHAT, WHY and HOW. (if I am not wrong)
So, you want to know what a question mark means. A question mark is a sign which you would place after a question. A question mark is also a punctuation like full-stop, comma, open/close inverted comma, etc.
