run, run, and run more. running is simply the best way to lose weight combined with a healthy diet. run 3-5 miles 5 days a weeks and you will like the results.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Losing weight is all about BURNING CALORIES...
---- The more calories you take in, the more you have to burn.
3500 calories = 1 lb. of fat.
so if you can burn 3500 cals a week, you can burn off 1 lb of fat.
Best Advice:
Keep a list of the amount of calories you consume.
do some sort of work out
- Go to some online calorie calculator and find out how many calories you burn.

Unless you have hours and hours to exercise every day then it would be near impossible to lose that much that quickly.
I do the Walk Away the Pounds workout and really enjoy them.

2 pounds a week is a good rate. 50 pounds can be lost in a half year.
