I have been quoted $495, plus $275 for upper and bottom retainers. Which is a 25% insurance discount. I am located in the Ahwahtukee area of Phoenix, AZ. I am tryin to get quotes to avoid taking so much time off from work for a 15 minute consultation.

i would recommend you to get a list of "covered dentists" from your insurance and call them all. that is the only way you can get a list of quotes, good luck
