there is no way we can choose which body parts to lose the weight off - it just has to be overall weight loss.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I am by NO MEANS a fitness guru or anything of the sort, but to my knowledge the only way to reduce fat in your body period is cardio such as walking, running, rowing, elliptical machines etc. As far as specific exercises, those will only tone the muscle. If you only do that without doing something to reduce the fat that is already there and keep from adding to it, you will simply push all the fat cells out from the muscle and it will end up looking worse.
I am sure there are others that can be more specific as far as toning the body and what cardio is best.

Ok, when you do any kind of activites that use energy it doesn't just burn fat on the muscles you were using.
Fat is stored energy which is accesed for use anywhere.
So just run which is the best way to burn energy, plus eating less will help.

Do your grocery shopping with a list and a period limit; that way, you're less likely to stray into the refined foods section.

Use a vegetable bean dip like hummus instead of ranch dressing or possibly a fatty cream-based dip.

Decaf coffee is an excellent low-calorie fluid when you're having cravings (and a fantastic source of antioxidants).

Don't confuse being thirsty with hunger. Drink a glass of water whenever you feel hungry to see if that is what you're really craving.
