I'm graduating next year, and I don't wanna be fat. Please ANYONE! I'm a lazy girl.. what is a good way to lose weight without running/walking. I love rollerblading and such.. but I just don't like walking or running. How can I lose weight an easier way? I eat relatively well. Please help me.. I've been made fun of and whatnot.. and I just can't get it off..

Ok lazy girl.....here's a plan for you. Restrict carbohydates to very small amounts (the carbs I mean are things like bread, potatoes, rice, anything with flour) Eat lots of fruits and vegetables, drink lots of water. If it comes in a box.....don't eat it. Little amounts of protein. Shop the perimeter of the grocery store. Limit sugar and salt intake. Salt is notorious for keeping on the weight. So no soda. You are young and probably have a great metabolism so it should be easy. And forget about any nasty people who call you names. They have their own issues (obviously) and need to get a life. You can do this...work hard and remember you are worth it. Spoil yourself by loving the body you were given. Good Luck.

I sincerely doubt you eat well if you weigh 250. You need to eat small meals throughout the day otherwise you trick your body into hibernation where it thinks that it's not going to get food a while so it will store it. First of all, no fast food, less packaged food, no soda-lots of water. Just because you work out doesn't mean that you can eat whatever you want either so you have to keep at both. Try aerobics if you don't like running/walking. It will burn off some fat. Do light weight training: lots of reps with small weights so you don't just build a bunch of muscle underneath the fat that you have. You want to build lean muscle mass so that you burn more calories. Don't follow your scale, muscle weighs more than fat-go by how you feel.

Well, you didn't say that you eat well NOW. You just said that you eat well. Sorry I'm not a mind reader.

Well first, eat 3 meals a day. If u must snack, eat an apple (or some fruit). Drink 8 glasses or water, and atleast 3 glasses of milk...everyday. Get active. There is a game called Dance Dance Revolution, I lost over 75 lbs in just over a month. But the one thing that really helps though, is having some friends who are willing to help and give you confidence on achieving your goals. Good Luck!!!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

OK have you talked to a doctor? 5ft 8 and 250 pounds? you might have a thyroid problem? walking is great exercise.i know you hate that but start slow. once around the block. then go for 2 blocks the next week ect ect. but first off see a doctor and ask for a diet you can stick with and see if you have a thyroid problem there is medication for that and it could be part of your problem. i wish you luck.

try the atkins diet. my father lost 45 lbs. in 8 weeks. it's hard and you have to discipline yourself but, if this is something you really want, YOU CAN DO IT!

ok well, since you've tried that. can your parents afford a personal trainer? someone who will motivate you so you will enjoy running and getting off the computer.

you can start bicycling, but honestly you wont see result unless you stop being lazy and take charge. if you live in a small town, ride a bike instead of a car, your weight will drop and your wallet will be bigger because air is free and you dont need gas.
