they don't hate technology they just choose to lead a simpler life with out it

I don't think they necessarily hate technology. I think they just choose to live the way they do because of a religious and moral belief system. You should look it up on line. To say they hate it would be a rather simple way to think....

They dont hate technology they just think they are better off not having electricity and phones connected to their house.
