They should as it is from an accredited school. This is the basic requirement for meeting the academic requirements. The University of Phoenix also receives funds from the military through the GI Bill and Chapter 31 and in order for this to be-they also have to meet other requirements set up by the military. Any four year degree at a credited school will do. You will join the military and go to officer school instead of a full 4 years at a naval academy. In the army, it's nine weeks, but I don't know how long it is in the navy.

As long as it's an accredited college the Navy will accept any degree.
