Okay I am on a diet, I weigh 289
I wanted someone to make me a eating schedule, just to let me know what times to eat, and how many calories to eat during that specific time

This is my current schedule:

Breakfast:
Special K

School: Nothing

After school:
Work out 1 hour, then I eat a bowl of Special K.

You need to eat something during school or else your metabolism will slow down and you'll lose muscle and tissue instead of fat. Just eat lots of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, healthy fat like the kind in almonds or olive oil (I think it's olive oil) and lean meat. You'll need lots of protein and fiber too, to keep you full. You must be starving, only eating a couple bowls of Special K a day! Please eat or else you'll lose weight, gain it back really quickly, and end up weighing more than you did in the beginning!

That's a great recipe to become very ill. See a nutritionist for the kind of diet you need. Nothing we could tell you will be correct for you, except by accident, because we don't know your specific health needs. But 2 bowls of cereal a day will make you stop losing weight, and after you finish your diet, you will gain back all your weight, and put on more! You must eat to lose weight. I know it sounds wrong, but it is not. I had to learn this the hard way. I nearly starved for 10 months to lose 40 pounds, and then gained it all back in the next few years. I also became so ill it was still affecting me 10 years later. Don't do that!

ok first of all you're going to kill yourself on the diet you are on now. and next no one can really help you with a diet plan because we don't really know you, and know what kind of foods you eat and what kind of exercises you really like to do. But you can start by eating a really big (not till your so full you can’t walk kind of big but enough to get you through the day) breakfast like fruits, cereal, orange juice, egg and other nutritional kinds of foods. Then you kind of work out during the day and eat a semi-small lunch and then a small dinner. You need to eat big during the beginning of the day because through out the day you will lose those calories, and at night you don’t really lose any. Try to work out during the day but don’t over do it. A work out could be running up and down the stairs to get to classes or fast walking instead of just walking. Also about the food part, no junk foods like burgers, fries, chips and any other thing like that. And when you eat your meal don’t do things like just eating salad. With the salad you can put chicken on it and tomatoes, cucumbers and thing like that. When you buy foods maybe look at the label to see if it is low fat or something. Ummm….yah this is all that I think that you should do. I hope that this advice helps, also I think that you should go on-line and look for diet plans for yourself. Good luck with your diet plans.

Hey there Trying out a diet huh.. Sorry I cant give you an eating plan just dont starve yourself and eat small things through out the day to keep your metabalisim buring not junk food. stay away from pop and sugars and trans fat that the worst stuff for you if your tryin to lose weight.

you will never lose weight and if you do you will be ill and weak. YOu need a better diet with about five to six small mini mieals all day long to kick start your metabolism. Eating two meals a dday your body is baiscally shutting down to conserve energy. You need real food, protein, vegetables, check out the ZONE DIET by Barry sears it will help you choose low glycemic carbs which will keep your insulin level low and help you lose weight. Find a nutrionist.

That is not good. You better add some variety try new healthy foods. you should incorporate fruits and veggies along with whole grains. Eat about every 3 to 4 hours start as soon as you wake up but dont eat late at night. breakfast, snack, lunch, snack,dinner, if you need one snack. Eat about 350 -400 cal a meal depending on your needs.

This would be a good day of eating:
BF: whole grain cereal or oatmeal with fruit
sn: yogurt
lunch: salmon with veggies
sn: peanut butter and wheat thins
dinner: grilled chicken with veggies
sn/dessert: fat free pudding/ fruit
if you keep eating how you are you will set yourself up for failure you gotta eat! Drink plenty of water too, Try some lean cuisines

thats not healthy!!!! I actually ate a little more than that on one of my recent diets and changed to vegitarian diet. here it is...

Breakfast:
1 orange
1/2 banana

school:
fruit or salad.
(im the same aswell, i dont eat at school, but when i do i eat me alittle bit of fruit or veggies.)

after school:
Special K
some strawberries (as many as you want)

Snack:
14 baby carrots
or some veg. you love

Dinner:
apple
1/2 banana
brocolli
whaterver veg. raw

**** the workout is excellent****
this is effective and you r garenteed to lose atleast 1 or more lbs in a week

when u eat .eat carbs and vegies together to wind down or eat protine and vegies together for more energy... dont skip meals. eat fruit by its self about 2 hours after a meal. drink tons of water and other liquids. also read the master cleanser aka the lemonade diet its a full body cleans.
