If you're BMR is already 1350, then you will be in a 350 calorie/day deficit without even incorporating your AMR (active metabolic rate) or cardio. You will be in a massive calorie deficit. For arguments sake, lets take your AMR and cardio out of the equation and assume you do absolutely nothing all day. So you would be in a 350/day calorie deficit which equals 2450 calories in 1 week which is roughly 3/4 of a pound/week.
If you were to incorporate cardio and your AMR into the equation, you would likely lose much more than this (probably 2-4 pounds per week by estimate) but impossible to say without knowing your exact stats. You can calculate your BMR and AMR here:

I know you don't want to hear this Meggie but I've trained at least 50 people that have followed these low-cal diets, and every single one of them gains the weight they lost back within 3 months and 10-15% more (that 100% failure rate after 3 months). It's a physiological certainty for most. And it becomes twice as hard to lose the extra weight gained.
As long as you know consequences, then I don't feel bad about telling you the facts. Yes, what you're doing will work...but it will be short-lived and alter your metabolism.

so whats the point of doing that???
you will lose water weight and muscle, dramatically slow down your metabolism and gain back so much more fat...
body needs 50cal an hour just for functioning (1200 cal/day) - like people in coma.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Good plan, but can you continue it, The devil that makes people fat is very powerful. do this by eating what you like, but cutting the quantity to fit. Try 1/2 servings. If that doesn't work, cut them again to 1/4. Your stomach and that ugly gut will get smaller and you will still feel good. All the servings everywhere are way too big. Eat what you want, just less.
