Not really. They are doing that because of your gum infections creating pockets that catch food particles. As the food rots the pockets get deeper and your teeth get looser. Once they reach a certain level of mobility they are goners.

The best you can do is keep the pockets from getting any worse by brushing and flossing like a maniac and getting them cleaned professionally at whatever intervals your dentist recommends.

Brushing your teeth with baking soda is good for the gums, but going to a dentist would be an excellent plan.

you need to go to your dentist, you may have gingivitius , if so you need an antibiotic and a treatment plan. brushing lightly , regularly and listerine!
if your a meth head , forget it , your teeth will fall out no matter what you do.
