I've been looking for the perfect projector for about 2 months now and i wanted to know if I should buy a CRT projector or one with 1920x1080, and if you know of any 1920x1080 that are really cheap please let me know.

HI Zach The latest DLP and LCD Projectors perform much better than the CRT models which require adjustment of the three lens to focus properly. Also they are not very bright and their "soft" cinema like resolution is no longer favorable.
Below is a list of some projectors with the resolution you want. You cannot get a really cheap projector at that resolution but if you shop around you may find a bargain.Also
check eBay for specials.Hope you find a good one!

a crt projector setup is never cheap. sorry. you need scalers, line doublers etc to go along with the projector.

if you find a second hand one, u would be lucky but they tend to have issues like one of the filters/guns might need to be replaced etc.
