Latly when ever i do push ups, crunchs, lift, anything that make me sweat a bit. Ill start to itch all over chest, scalp, arms... And i havent realy had any changes with my diet

Believe it or not there was a thing about this on Oprah. Dr Oz said that sometiems when you sweat and you start to itch its because your body is detoxifying itself. You might have some built in toxins in your lymph system and when you work out your are sweating all this out.

an itch is the nervous systems meathod of telling you that there is something on your body that shouldn't be there. there is plenty of slats withen sweat and it is probable that when your sweat evaporates, it leaves behind a small unnoticable film which irritates the skin. the best remedy is to take a thorough shower after each work out.

Could be your laundry detergent. That's caused me to itch before.

because the salt from your sweat gets on your skin and irritates it. just make sure you clean yourself after sweating.
